This page explains what ShipSorted collects and why, in plain words.

What we collect

• When you start a trial: your name, phone, email, company name, job title, staff numbers and your answers about the systems you use.
• What you put into ShipSorted: your jobs, customers, quotes and invoices.
• If you connect Xero: the connection details Xero gives us so we can send invoices and contacts you choose to send.
• Billing: Stripe handles card details. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To run your account and show your data only to your company's login.
• To contact you about your trial and account.
• To improve ShipSorted using the feedback you give us.

We don't sell your data. Your data is stored with established cloud providers and sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Talk to us.
